Jeffrey Dagen, LEED AP

Growing up on construction sites alongside his father, Jeff was captivated by the process of how buildings take shape. That early fascination led him to work as a draftsman during high school and later study architecture at Pratt Institute. Guided by a core belief that life is about serving others, Jeff pursued further studies at LBC and dedicated time to mission work, including volunteer design trips around the world with Engineering Ministries International.

That same principle has shaped Jeff’s 30-year journey of honing his craft to serve others through people-centered design. As a LEED AP and Associate AIA, he is passionate about thoughtful, creative design and facilitating the transformation of ideas into meaningful places.

Outside the office, Jeff finds inspiration in adventure—whether running marathons, biking century rides, kayaking, or hiking in the great outdoors. His love for architecture extends beyond his projects; he mentors young professionals, sharing the lessons he has learned from a career filled with twists, turns, and purpose.
