Laser scanning enables us to assist clients with obtaining accurate existing conditions of buildings that need to be renovated or documented. By using the laser scanner, we can minimize errors and redundant field measurements leading to a better overall deliverable when documenting existing conditions.

These new technologies, accessible via a viewer, are valuable tools for illustrating design concepts by enabling users to immerse themselves in a space. The basic viewer, used with any smart phone and a digital application through which we pre-load images, provides an enhanced experience for visualizing design concepts.
