This new hybrid-style model of senior apartment design is integrated into the hilltop location and offers sweeping views of the surrounding meadow.

The first phase building houses 41 new senior apartments in three stories over under-building parking.  The independent living residences feature open floor plans, private balconies and picturesque views.  The Vistas at Fox Hill building was carefully positioned to preserve views to the meadow from previously existing apartments. The contemporary design, with its large windows and mono-pitched roofs, blends modern aesthetics with a site-sensitive approach.

Common spaces include a two-story living room on the first floor, a game room and meeting spaces. A roof top terrace, outdoor patio and large apartment balconies provide residents with outdoor views and access at multiple locations.

Living Room

The double-height living room at the building core provides expansive views of the meadow and floods the interior with natural light.

This central space creates a welcoming first impression and serves as the heart of the building, enhancing the connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

Contemporary

Apartment Design

Brick blends with the existing campus aesthetic and grounds the building, while fiber cement siding and darker color accents contrast with the lighter earth tones currently represented on campus.

To comply with zoning height restrictions, the building includes three stories of apartments and one story of underground parking. The design carefully utilizes the average grade, with the lower-level garage mostly below grade, to keep the building height within the limit.

The use of darker materials at the center contrasts with the lighter exteriors of the wings, breaking up the horizontal span and adding depth to the design.
