With over 15 years of experience in Senior Living, Megan takes a creative and consultative approach to cultivating authentic relationships, finding solutions, and developing strategies for achieving exceptional experiences.

In her role as Senior Living Market Coordinator, Megan supports business development and marketing. Her work includes coordinating tradeshows, conference presentations, client outreach, campaign activities, and social media contributions. She also assists in conducting on-site focus groups, organizing data, and creating reports to document results.

Megan lives in Lancaster with her husband and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, live music events, and traveling.
